Our client is looking for a site manager to deliver the construction of a doctors' surgery & leisure complex on an existing building.
There will be a visiting/site-based project manager & visiting contracts manager to provide any necessary support.
This is a 90-week programme valued at 14 million.
Someone based in Surrey or Kent will be ideal for this client as they will be expected to travel within an hour to 1.5 hours of their head office in Bromley.
Requirements:
Experience on a similar project SMSTS CSCS First Aid
Salary is dependent on experience, ranging from 60,000 - 70,000 per annum plus package; car allowance, fuel & expenses, healthcare.
There will be a 2-stage interview process, first being a Teams meeting, second being an on-site/office-based meeting.
