Site Manager
to oversee an industrial refurbishment project in Wolverhampton. This exciting project involves the installation of a new roof, new shutter doors, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) works. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to schedules. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards. Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management. Problem-solve and address any issues promptly to minimise delays. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial refurbishment projects. Strong knowledge of roofing, shutter door installation, and M&E works. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
