My client is a Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor who is looking for a Site Manager for a Temp to Perm role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Supervise subcontractors and direct site staff, ensuring high-quality standards. Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Report regularly on project progress, risks, and any issues encountered.

SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid IPAF - desirable Temp Works Experience / Awareness - desirable Health & Safety - desirable SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE IS NON NEGOTIABLE
