We are working with a leading fit out contractor who specialise in hospitality & leisure schemes. They have asked us to source an experienced Site Engineer to work as a Site Manager underneath their PM on a £6m scheme. The project in question starts mid/late Jan and will run until September. Site Manager/Engineer Requirements/Reasons to apply:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to work as a Site Manager beneath a PM on a £6m development. Although not undertaking setting out duties, you will be tasked with looking after the QA from their groundworks sub-contractor to ensure works are accurate. You will need to hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid to be considered for this role. This will be a long-term freelance contract that will run from mid Jan until September.
