Required From Monday 24th February 2025 or ASAP The Governors, staff and children at Lark Hill Primary school are looking to appoint a Site Manager to share in our vision within our multi-cultural school. All children deserve the very best and we are looking for a professional who is committed to our school values. The school has an Executive Head teacher and works in partnership with Christ Church CE Primary School and Lewis Street Primary School.

The successful candidate:

Experience in a premises site management role, including line management experience.

In depth knowledge of building and maintenance management.

Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences, verbally and in writing, with the ability to gain credibility at all levels of the organisation.

Ability to create, manage and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, external agencies and other stakeholders.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines.

Values teamwork.

Promote and model the school vision including infusing honesty and integrity into all of school life.
