Managing the process of converting heat from incineration into electricity through steam turbines and developing strategies to minimize environmental impacts and divert waste from landfills. Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in waste management or related industrial processes. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety. CIWM WAMITAB (COTC) Level 4 (preferable but not essential). Strong knowledge of high-temperature incineration technologies and processes. Experience with functional safety management systems. Familiarity with environmental regulations and waste management legislation. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
