grow by 50%
in the next 5 years to £55 million. To sustain and underpin our growth, we are
investing over £35 million in our new 5-acre site , which includes
state of the art machinery and automated production lines . My client are looking for a motivational leader and manager to join their team and become Site Operations Manager, where you will manage, lead and coach their Manufacturing and Warehouse Teams. You will own, develop and drive continuous improvement throughout our new manufacturing and warehouse facility to support the achievement of our commercial business goals and ambitions. Job Description The Site Operations Manager will be: Operationally responsible for their new,
highly automated Production and Warehouse site , and taking it to full working efficiency Developing a culture which supports
continuous improvement and lean management Setting, communicating, and driving the department vision Leading from the front, hands on and nurturing a positive and open culture across your team Setting and agreeing individual and team SMART objectives Carrying out regular one to ones and team reviews Inspiring and motivating your team to achieve department performance against agreed key performance indicators, celebrating success Capacity planning Reporting to the Operations Director and presenting to key stakeholders Preparing annual budgets and proposing capital and operational expenditure Working collaboratively across our business The Successful Applicant The Site Operations Manager will bring: A minimum of 5 years' experience of working in an
automated manufacturing production environment Proven ability to lead, inspire and manage teams Experience in successfully coaching and developing operations talent An
understanding and experience of leading teams through transformational change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate A
