Site Operations Manager Salford, Manchester 70,000 - 75,000 + 5k Car Allowance + Benefits Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager looking for an autonomous position overseeing the flagship facility of a 500m+ turnover business. This is an all-encompassing role responsible for current operations whilst contributing to further growth & success of the site. An ideal applicant will have a background in the plastics and/or manufacturing sector, strong site operations experience, & excellent leadership abilities. You will be an ambitious individual with confidence in your ability to make important decisions and have an eye for continuous improvements. The company is part of a much larger group going through extensive growth & investing heavily in their sites. They turnover 500m+ per annum, operate in one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK, and can offer genuine opportunities for further progression. In the role, you will be leading a team of 40+, have full P&L responsibilities, and be tasked with driving improvements across all aspects of operations.
