Proactively sell New Homes, follow up leads and book viewing appointments. Prepare the Show Homes for viewings. Respond to all enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner. Welcome visitors and accompany them round all site visits. Update internal CRM systems and provide weekly reports. Keep regular contact with all purchasers offering regular updates. Sales progressions - liaise with purchasers, agents & solicitors to make sure sales are on track. Ensure all personal information is managed in accordance with GDPR Guidelines. Keep up to date with promotions and events. Essential/Desirable Characteristics:
