We are looking for a site services contractor for a minimum of a 2 month contract based on our clients site in Rugby.
This contract falls outside IR35, working 4 on 4 off days from 6am - 6pm, up to £33.00 per hour depending on experience.
The role as a site services engineer: Maintenance of all on-site facilities including electrics, plumbing & general maintenance. Checking & maintenance of fire alarms & sprinkler system. Maintenance and repairs to effluent plant, HVAC & plant boilers. Repairs & maintenance to office, factory & warehouse. Adhering to H&S guidelines. Being responsible for ordering spares, sourcing parts, and working with external contractors. Maintenance & repair of compressors. Routine PAT testing. Updating of PM schedules & inventory log.
Qualifications & skills required as part of this site services role: Experience working in a similar manufacturing or automated distribution environment. BOAS Certs highly desirable; experience is essential. HVAC or level 3 maintenance engineering qualification. PAT testing. Full rights to work within the UK.
