Location: Cheshire
Salary: £44,000 - £45,000
Shift Pattern: Mon/Wed/Fri - 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Tue/Thu - 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Your Role: As a Site Services / Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in managing site services and infrastructure across the group. You'll be responsible for maintenance, compliance, contractor management, and continuous improvement to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
What You'll Be Doing: Planned & Reactive Maintenance - Electrical, mechanical, and site infrastructure repairs Fault Diagnosis & Repairs - Keep site equipment running efficiently CMMS Compliance - Ensure all maintenance work is documented Health & Safety Compliance - Enforce safety policies across the site Contractor & Budget Management - Optimize contracts and oversee external work Continuous Improvement - Drive efficiency in all aspects of site services
What You'll Bring: 18th Edition (BS7671) Qualified Electrician Experience with refrigeration, air conditioning & building management systems (preferred) Strong Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred) Ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
