The Role As a Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, safety, and efficiency of all site services and facilities. This critical role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across the site. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and maintenance of site infrastructure, including utilities, equipment, and buildings. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations. Manage site services teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Monitor budgets and control costs related to facilities, equipment, and utilities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support site operations and resolve issues efficiently. Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and sustainability.
