One of the new roles is the newly created Site Services Manager. You'll work closely with the Engineering Manager, Site Project Manager and Maintenance Manager to drive the change from a
‘repair culture’ to an ‘improvement culture’
enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge of the wider engineering team. The
Site Services Manager
will lead their team to ensure statutory compliance is managed to meet relevant legal requirements and use effective continuous improvement methods to continually improve site efficiencies. As the
Site Services Manager , you'll lead and supervise the Site Services Team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day of site services, working closely with the Engineering Team. What we’re looking for: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proactive mindset with the flexibility and ability to implement changes Commercial and business awareness, with strong financial acumen Experience in site services management, preferably in a manufacturing or fast moving consumer goods organisation.
