What you'll do
Leading and working alongside a small, friendly team, as Site Services Team Leader you’ll make sure that the daily hygiene plan is implemented, and all targets and deadlines are met. Whether it’s the control and management of Waste Streams; meeting standards through ATP swabbing or identifying potential problems and taking corrective action, every day is different and fast-paced! Positive and enthusiastic, you’ll engage with your team and be on hand to provide direction and support, whilst making sure the team are working effectively and safely in line with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene processes.
