We are looking for an experienced
Site Supervisor
to join a leading
Roofing Contractor.
This field-based role requires residency within a reasonable commuting distance to North Devon. As the
Site Supervisor,
you’ll oversee roofing projects on-site, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and are completed to the highest standards. You’ll lead a team of roofers, manage site operations, and ensure that all projects meet deadlines, quality expectations, and safety regulations. Responsibilities : Oversee on-site roofing projects. Lead and motivate the roofing team. Ensure health & safety compliance. Conduct quality control inspections. Communicate with clients on-site. Assist in project management tasks. Qualifications & Experience
: Experience as a Site Supervisor in roofing or construction. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and best practices. Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high standards of work. Valid CSCS card and relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid). Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
