We are seeking a qualified electrical supervisor with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role is 80 percent hands off & 20 percent hands on but still requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs Ability to conduct RAMS & keep logbooks up to date Computer literate Client facing skills to communicate with the client Manage a 2-man site while treating the security staff and catering as part of the team
Package & Benefits: Competitive basic salary of up to £55,000 Private medical insurance (Including Dental, Optical & Audio) Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Large amounts of Overtime Available Callout frequency is 1 in 2
Requirements: Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum) Previous experience as a lead or supervisor 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments Proven track record in commercial environments Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
