You will be working with a team of cleaners. As our site supervisor at Haywards Heath College, you’ll be looking after a team of cleaners and making sure the cleaning operations on the site run smoothly. This involves motivating, training and managing our team of cleaners on site and responding to queries from clients to meet customer expectations.
