Reporting to the Project Manager, the SSSTS Site Supervisors will be responsible for delivering works, predominantly on clean water sites to a high standard and in a timely manner. Travelling and overnighters will be a part of this role but required from time to time. You will have:
CSCS Blue card or willingness to obtain EUSR Water Hygiene Card or willingness to obtain Certificate in Confined Spaces or willingness to obtain SSSTS or willingness to obtain Experience of working on-site, in a supervisory capacity Ability to work well leading a small team, as well as work alone and use own initiative to solve problems and complete daily tasks Be self-motivated and have the ability to complete daily tasks with minimum supervision Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely, following relevant training Ability to act on initiative, particularly in respect to Health & Safety and report relevant matters Willingness to travel and work away from home, as and when required Who we’re looking for
While attitude is more important to us than qualifications, the SSSTS Site Supervisors will have a full clean Driving Licence and understand concrete repair works. Water industry experience is a distinct advantage. If you have the right aptitude and attitude, are good at leading a small team, and have a great deal of pride in your work, we can do the rest.
