Job Summary: At Champain Landscapes we offer a comprehensive range of garden and landscaping services. Based in Halesworth, Suffolk we are largely recognised as one of the region's top landscaping companies. We carry out design projects across the UK with our dedicated garden construction and maintenance teams focusing on East Anglia. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our medium to small landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality standards, efficient workflows, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in landscape gardening, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities: Project Supervision:

Manage daily operations on landscaping sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Team Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff on site and subcontractors, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Planning and Scheduling:

Collaborate with the project manager to develop schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. Site Management:

Oversee site preparation, hard landscaping, soft landscaping, and other landscaping features to ensure adherence to design plans. Health and Safety:

Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, following risk assessments and implementing appropriate measures to minimise hazards. Client Interaction:

Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project. Quality Control:

Inspect work progress and completed tasks to ensure alignment with design specifications and company standards. Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve site-related challenges efficiently while maintaining project goals. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, materials used, and project milestones. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in landscaping or construction. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and design principles. Horticultural experience is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with tools and plant machinery. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites. Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Job Type:
