We are recruiting for 2-3 Site Supervisors to support with management and supervision of highways maintenance projects around the M25.
We are looking for a candidate with experience of working within the highways/road construction sector and exposure to structures. Some of the works will involve bridge joint replacement and bearing replacement works.
This position will start within the next 2-3 weeks and can be paid on a CIS basis. Candidates must be open to working days or nights and some weekends too.
Duties include:
Management of sub contractors to ensure working safely and to specification.
Checking Risk assessment and method statements are in place for works.
Ensuring permits are in place.
Delivery of daily dairies, site inductions, and tool box talks.
Supporting site management team with productivity.
Ensure road closure time constraints are met and road handed back for use.
Problem solving, dealing with site queries and dealing with site logistics.
