Site Supervisor

Highways We are recruiting for 2-3 Site Supervisors to support the management and supervision of highways maintenance projects around the M25. We are looking for a candidate with experience in the highways/road construction sector and exposure to structures. Some of the works will involve bridge joint replacement and bearing replacement. This position will start within the next 2-3 weeks and can be paid on a CIS basis. Candidates must be open to working days, nights, and some weekends. Duties include: Management of subcontractors to ensure safe working and adherence to specifications. Checking that risk assessments and method statements are in place for works. Ensuring permits are in place. Delivery of daily diaries, site inductions, and toolbox talks. Supporting the site management team with productivity. Ensuring road closure time constraints are met and the road is handed back for use. Problem solving, addressing site queries, and managing site logistics.
