Project Supervisor £40,000 - £45,0000 (OTE £46,000 - £51,000) Bromsgrove, England - Regional Travel Are you an experienced Project Supervisor with expertise in ventilation, air conditioning, building services, and electrical installations? We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to oversee and manage site operations for large-scale projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The Role As a Project Supervisor, you will take charge of day-to-day site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Your responsibilities will include managing electrical installations alongside ventilation and building service operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivering projects on time. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver the project scope within budget and on schedule. Oversee and manage electrical installations alongside other project activities. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to implement project requirements effectively. Take ownership of Health & Safety on-site and assist in developing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Complete required site documentation and maintain accurate records. Communicate and coordinate with clients, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage stock and materials on-site, addressing shortages to keep projects on track. Manage and check site deliveries for accuracy and quality. Provide troubleshooting support during commissioning, including addressing snags. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful handover and project completion. What You Bring: Proven experience in a Project Supervisor role within ventilation, building services, and electrical installations. Strong ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and electrical layouts. Experience supervising and managing electrical installations on-site. CSCS Gold Card certification is essential. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver work to the highest standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Relevant vocational or technical certifications (highly desirable). A valid driving license is essential.
