Site Supervisor

Geogreen Solutions Ltd, trading as ABG Installs, is a well-established company specialising in the installation of hard and soft landscaping, drainage and associated works to roof terraces, roof areas and podiums. With a number of new and exciting projects secured for 2025, we require a reliable, trustworthy and hard working hands-on Supervisor who will be responsible for the efficient control and organisation of a small team of operatives and at times subcontractors. Qualified to SSSTS, you will take responsibility for carrying out installation contracts on sites including the planning of plant, materials and resource to ensure that works are carried out to a high standard, within the timescale and set budget. You will have experience of compiling and working to Method Statements and Risk Assessments and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with site rules and regulations, plans, specifications and bills of quantity. You will have excellent communication skills as the role entails liaising with head office, site management, operatives, subcontractors and suppliers. You must be numerate as you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion and submission of company paperwork. We are seeking a team player, leader and motivator, able to represent and promote the company image and values. You must have experience of construction site work, manual handling and ideally working at heights as a number of our projects are on roofs. You must have a relevant current CSCS card, full UK driving licence and an understanding of landscaping operations. Hours for the role will vary and work schedules will include some early starts and late finishes. You must be prepared to work away from home on a regular basis Monday – Friday; suitable accommodation will be provided together with stay away allowance. Occasional weekend work is also required. The job is hands-on; therefore, the person is required to be physically fit and have experience in manual handling. OTE circa £44,000 per annum, paid weekly via timesheets.
