January 27, 2025 We have a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor working with a fit-out contractor near Oxford The Project is a laboratory fit out project. You will be the number 2 on site to the Construction Manager and be responsible for managing the logistics, sub-contractors, documents and inductions. You will be reporting to the Construction and Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal Site Supervisor must have: Have Office / laboratory fit out experience Ability to take instruction from No.1 Site Manager Have experience in delivering commercial / laboratory fit outs Experience in M+E Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team SSSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and CSCS Card What's in it for you as the Site Supervisor on this project?
