Site Supervisor
In this role, you will manage daily on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include: Coordinating site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitoring progress Conducting regular inspections to uphold health and safety standards Maintaining accurate site records Acting as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction A strong understanding of construction processes Knowledge of health and safety regulations SSSTS or SMSTS certification (required) A valid CSCS card (essential) Asbestos Awareness training (preferred but not mandatory) Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in basic IT tools and reporting software This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a company vehicle, phone, and laptop, as well as access to professional development opportunities and a performance bonus scheme.
