Site Supervisor

to manage the day-to-day operations of our recycling centre, supporting a vital local authority contract. This role combines administrative and on-site operational duties, ensuring the site operates in line with contractual requirements, environmental obligations, and company procedures. Why it’s an opportunity not to be wasted. Lead and motivate a team of 20 employees and agency staff, helping them reach their full potential. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and operational performance. Maintain compliance with Health & Safety legislation and environmental standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, regulators, and the public. Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal site availability. Support budget preparation and monitor monthly performance. Ensure positive public interaction and efficient site management at the HWRC. Here’s what we require: IOSH Managing Safety

or an equivalent Health & Safety qualification. A

WAMITAB COTC Level 4 qualification

or a commitment to working towards it (desirable). Proven ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced, operational environment. A strong understanding of waste industry legislation and technology. Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
