As a Site Supervisor, you'll take charge of the day-to-day management of our recycling centre, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations. This is your opportunity to lead a team and make a tangible impact on the environment and the community.

Your Core Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of employees and agency staff, helping them achieve their best. Oversee daily operations, ensuring resources are used effectively and performance targets are met. Maintain Health & Safety and environmental standards while adhering to company procedures. Work closely with clients, customers, regulators, and the public to foster trust and collaboration. Coordinate site maintenance to keep everything running smoothly and effectively. Support budget preparation and monitor monthly performance metrics. Take on a rewarding leadership position in a vital community operation. Play a direct role in promoting sustainability and improving recycling efforts. Work in a dynamic environment where every day is different. Requirements: Our essential requirements: IOSH Managing Safety or an equivalent qualification. WAMITAB COTC Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards it). Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of waste industry legislation and processes. Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders. Availability for emergency call-outs and willingness to assist across other business areas as needed.
