Job Introduction

About the role We are currently recruiting for a Site Support Administrator to join our HR team at our Rogerstone site. You will be based on reception and be the first point of contact for all queries and will report into the Lead HR Business Partner. The role will involve the following: Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, ensuring they receive the information they need. Oversee the reception area, maintaining a tidy, organized, and welcoming environment. Coordinate room bookings and arrange refreshments to meet scheduling requirements. Organize and manage car hire requests efficiently and as required. Perform finance-related tasks, including raising and processing purchase orders. Handle the receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly. Monitor office supplies inventory, placing orders for replenishments to ensure smooth operations. Assist employees with inquiries regarding all employee apps, including providing guidance and support with password resets when needed. About you: Experience in a similar role, providing support for both employee and visitor enquiries. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and constructively challenging individuals at all levels of the organization. Confident approach to difficult conversations and the ability to deal with employee concerns with sensitivity and care. Excellent IT Skills, able to work with Microsoft Packages, in particular Excel, and experience in HR Databases. Able to maintain confidentiality and present a professional approach at all times.
