As part of the wider Executive team, this exciting opportunity will see you identify, develop and implement strategies that align to the group's future and ensure sustainable profitability and transformational growth.
Critical to your success will be ensuring that you are able to deliver outcomes for the group across areas including:
Driving short, medium and long-term strategic and financial outcomes
Leading the financial performance, insights, reporting and actions
Developing and enhancing a strong and effective financial compliance environment
Enabling a high-performing and highly engaged team
Working closely and collaboratively with the Executive leadership team, particularly supporting the CEO
As an experienced finance professional, you will bring progressively responsible financial and commercial management experience from previous leadership roles. Displaying a breadth of experience across finance, strategy, M&A and business transformation, you will have the ability to operate strategically as well as understand challenges at the operational level. Possessing excellent communication skills, you will be able to simplify the complex and build insights and understanding across all functions and levels of the group, importantly winning hearts and minds during a time of change and modernisation.
