The successful appointee should: Possess well developed written and oral skills Be able to demonstrate experience of working within an educational environment. Be able to demonstrate experience of working effectively with young people in education or a related area. Be able to support the welfare and pastoral needs of KS5 students. Be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate young people. Contribute where appropriate, to the KS5 Enrichment programme. Be a team player, but be able to use own initiative and act independently when required.
