Handyperson/Fabric Engineer
Randstad C&P are recruiting for a versatile Handyperson/Fabric Engineer to join our clients Facilities Management (FM) team, focusing on building fabric maintenance and minor repairs.
Salary:
£25,000 - £32,000 per annum (Depending on experience and skill set) Hours:
40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric, including doors, windows, tiling, and minor repairs. Conduct general handyman tasks, ensuring buildings remain functional and safe. Liaise with the team to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within FM or property maintenance. Basic carpentry, plumbing, and general repair skills. NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (Desirable)
