What the role involves

• Maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment.
• Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain batch records.
• Conduct routine quality checks.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Skills and requirements

• Able to undertake manual tasks.
• Relevant work experience as a machine Operator in a production environment.
• Operating from four dairies and two logistics centres in Somerset and Devon, we employ over 1900 staff and produce more than 25% of the UK’s packaged yogurt.
