As a college we pride ourselves on the success of all our learners and this exciting new role has been created to be integral support to ensure that all our students achieve to their maximum potential. We are looking to recruit a new Skills Development Coach to add to the team. Working in this role you will be supporting a caseload of learners and will work closely with both the academic and support teams to deliver positive outcomes for these learners. This will include a key focus on improving retention, attendance and value added for the learners within your caseload. You will support tutors in the delivery of tutorial sessions and support learners 1:1 by setting and reviewing targets to improve their performance. You will make a real difference to every learner by providing wrap around pastoral and academic support to motivate students to achieve to their maximum potential. We are looking for highly enthusiastic individual with an ability to communicate, inspire and motivate students to achieve the best they can. You will ideally have experience supporting students in an education setting, be learner focused and believe passionately in supporting young people's futures.
