To support our team and vision, we’re looking for someone who understands what it takes to get into the industry and/or take their next step up the career ladder, to join our team to manage and develop our Crew Academy and award-winning skills initiatives.

Part/Full time (22.5-37.5hrs to be discussed), permanent.
Salary
£35,175 pro rata per annum.
Location
Based at The Beam in Sunderland with some work in our Hartlepool office, The Bis, and covering the whole of the North East.
