You will be organised and efficient with excellent communication skills and can facilitate learners on tasks. You will also provide demonstrations as required in class to aid the delivery of outstanding provision within EKC Group. You will have recent industrial experience in a relevant area. Ideally, you will have experience in education or involvement in training in the workplace. You will be able to work with young people to help them achieve their full potential, aligned with the culture and ethos of the Group. A Level 3 Chef qualification is essential. You will have a key responsibility for instilling and upholding strong Health & Safety standards in practical environments and will purchase resources and materials within budget.
