Aesthetic Therapist
to join our expert team. About Us Our clinic features six treatment rooms, a minor operative suite, and wellness therapies such as an infrared sauna and cryotherapy chamber. Using advanced medical devices, we deliver holistic, clinically effective treatments. Your Role You will provide a range of high-quality treatments, including: Laser hair removal (Alma Soprano Titanium) HydraFacial Syndeo Skin analysis Observ 520x Skincare - Obagi/ Mesoestetic/ Dr Levy Chemical peels - Obagi and Cosmelan RF Microneedling - Cutera Secret RF Advanced laser therapies (Alma Harmony XL PRO, Cutera Secret PRO) Key Duties Include: Conducting personalised consultations
to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Delivering high-quality treatments
with a focus on achieving exceptional, results-driven outcomes. Providing expert pre- and post-treatment advice,
ensuring clients feel supported and confident throughout their journey. Following up with clients
to monitor progress, answer any questions, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Creating an outstanding client experience,
from the moment they walk in to long after their treatment, fostering loyalty and trust. Building strong relationships
to ensure clients feel valued and cared for, encouraging repeat visits and referrals. Upselling and cross-selling treatments and products
thoughtfully, enhancing client results and satisfaction. What We’re Looking For NVQ Level 4 in Laser and Level 3 in Beauty (Level 4 Beauty is advantageous). Core of Knowledge certificate in Laser Hair Removal. Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics, including HydraFacial AND Laser Hair Removal. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
