This practice based in Luton led by an outstanding partner and his dedicated team, is searching for a passionate Vet to join their long-standing, supportive team and help develop their practice even further. They’ve cultivated a nurturing culture that’s kept our team together for over a decade while allowing everyone to progress in their careers. The robust team is led by the Practice Owner, who brings over 25 years of experience. The team includes three other skilled vets, supported by three RVNs, two SVNs, three VCAs, four receptionists, and an experienced Customer Care Manager who all take immense pride in their work and are deeply committed to providing the highest standards of patient care. The Practice:

State-of-the-Art Facilities:

Our RCVS-accredited, cat-friendly practice boasts separate cat and dog wards, four spacious consult rooms, a theatre, prep area, diagnostic room, and a fully stocked pharmacy. Advanced Equipment:

Equipped with a new ultrasound, video endoscope, digital x-ray, full IDEXX in-house lab, K-Laser, blood pressure machine, and multiparameter monitor. Supportive Environment:

They believe in a no-judgment workplace. Daily ward rounds ensure our patients receive top-notch care, and you’ll be encouraged to pursue CPD or certificates to achieve your veterinary career goals. The Role:

Enjoy your weekends with just a 1:3 Saturday rota (9 am-4 pm). No Sundays, no OOH, and no sole charge! Growth Opportunities:
