About the role Supervising projects from inception to completion, you’ll exemplify our commitment to Health & Safety, ensuring quality and best practice. As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day running of your site Supervising trades to ensure all workmanship is of the highest quality Leading, managing, and motivating everyone on site Maintaining up-to-date paperwork and ensuring safety Following all SHE principles, including Covid-safe requirements Organising labour, overseeing quality control, and ensuring efficient use of plant and machinery About you As a Small Works Site Manager, you’ll have either a construction-related degree or be from a trade background with construction management experience. You should hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified, and be competent in Health and Safety practices with good first aid knowledge.
