About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of childcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of outstanding early years education. As Room Leader, you will be responsible for implementing the EYFS curriculum, leading planning, and maintaining accurate children's records. You will also assume deputy responsibilities in the absence of the deputy manager and support, mentor, and supervise room staff. The ideal candidate will have strong EYFS knowledge, be a positive role model, and possess a desire to work for an organisation that respects individuality and creativity.
