The Role: As a Smart Meter Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining smart meters across domestic and commercial properties. Package and Benefits: Salary: £40k Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing to 27 days with service) Bupa Medical Healthcare Bonuses: £1,000 Summer Bonus (May), £1,000 Christmas Bonus (November), £1,250 Refer a Friend Scheme Standby: £200 per week Overtime: 1.33x (Mon-Fri), 1.5x (Sat), 2x (Sun & Bank Holidays) Weekend Work: £80 (Dual), £55 (Single), £35 (Non-MEX) Performance Bonus: Based on productivity, with up to £30 per job type and monthly bonuses based on completion rate. About You: A qualified Smart Meter Engineer with relevant experience in smart meter installations. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
