Responsibilities:
Deliver small business advertiser adoption and revenue growth goals through innovative strategies, education for priority growth initiatives(s) and campaigns across Southern Europe / Region 2.
Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify regional SMB needs through data, campaigns, and content.
Drive new cash activations, new revenue and eMAA through bespoke marketing campaign solutions working in close partnership with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, Enterprise marketing teams, to drive leads, new cash active and revenue growth for TikTok advertising solutions.
Create country specific new revenue generation programmes based on market insights.
Develop compelling program narratives and sales materials tailored to seasonal and always-on campaigns, catering to various audiences (advertisers, agencies, end-users).
Advocate for the SMB customer, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content creation to vendor management and launch execution, ensuring initiatives stay on time and budget; proactively communicating with key stakeholders and teams.
Track and analyze campaign performance across all digital platforms, identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate for better results.
Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors/agencies to ensure high-quality campaign creation and successful execution.
Share best practices and collaborate with regional and global counterparts to achieve full-funnel success (leads, new cash active, incremental revenue).
Contribute to broader team initiatives, leveraging insights to inform program and content needs, and communicating strategies and timelines effectively to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a marketing role across EMEA or across Southern Europe.
A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry and B2B Marketing.
Experience within a top tier creative agency, brand creative group or a strategy role within a technology company.
Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance.
Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
Italian speaking is mandatory and Spanish is nice to have for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.
Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans.
Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels.
Data-driven, experience in understanding country specific macro trends and driving actions.
