In this role, you’ll make an impact by actively participating in strategic initiatives that have significant impact within the Investment Management Distribution business:
Senior Management and Certification Regime (SMCR) Administer the governance processes ensuring ongoing compliance with SMCR, including coordination of the annual Fitness & Probity (F&P) process, maintenance of the responsibilities map and handover policy. Act as key point of contact for senior managers, certified employees and Compliance for any SMCR related queries, organisational changes assessment and registrations. Governance and Business Administration Support the administration of key governance committees (3-4) e.g. Executive Committee, including the establishment of meeting agenda, coordination of materials production, minutes taking and actions tracking. Support ongoing maintenance of committee documentation such as terms of reference and fulfil requirements of BNY corporate governance policy requirements. Support business administration activities such as the maintenance of inter-affiliate service level agreements with corporate functions or intra-group legal entities. Support applicable regulatory or corporate governance fillings requirements. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
