Previous experience gained in a change management/technology adoption position. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Ability to provide effective leadership, build positive team spirit and inspire, motivate and support teammates. Excellent communication and influencing skills including negotiating and contracting. Possess the ability to marshal and manage resources (people, funding, materials, and support) to achieve a project or task. Able to manage own time efficiently and to manage multiple activities in parallel to accomplish the goals. High level of problem-solving and analytical skills, experience of championing change management programmes and continuous improvement initiatives. Working knowledge of market and industry, which can be used to drive engagement. Significant experience of collaborative working both internally and externally, and of quickly establishing trust and credibility. About Insight:
