Snr Digital Marketing Executive £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Permanent, full-time Hybrid working. Who you are:

Someone with at least 6 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing. With the ability to work independently, you have strong presentation skills and proficient written abilities. You can prioritise and manage multiple milestones and projects and have strong collaboration and communication skills. The Role:

• Position: Senior Digital Marketing Executive • Reports to: Marketing Manager • Location: Hybrid - a mixture of working from home and in their Thame/Haddenham office. • The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of marketing and communications campaigns with a focus on lead generation to increase sales to new prospects and existing customers. This will include social media marketing, website content updates, collateral production, events and direct marketing plus target market analysis and customer profiling to help develop messaging. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Marketing Manager and rest of the marketing team with special projects and other ad-hoc activities when required. Work with the team on opportunities for growth using existing traditional but also new innovative campaign ideas. Driving the continuous improvements of the digital media strategy. Day-to-day management of the digital channels. Developing social media calendar and ensuring deadlines are met (planning and publishing social media messaging). Day-to-day management of the social media platforms. Monitoring social media performance using SemRush. Paid social advertising - set up, optimisation, tracking and reporting. Essential Skills/Prerequisites:

Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms. Previous experience of content & social media marketing - preferably in a related industry. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image - video if possible). Experience in using InDesign for collateral creation. Cultural Values:
