Job Description: archOS is a multi-year transformational program, aimed at standardizing, optimizing, and modernizing our tech stacks and business processes. archOS enables our Consumer & Restaurant Platforms. archOS is an enterprise enabler that will set the foundation to support our larger digital ambitions and growth goals. This foundation will allow us to deliver capabilities at speed in a stable environment and will support new capabilities that are a part of our Digital Engagement Strategy. This role will be a part of Global Technology function and Commercial Products & Platforms team, and will report to Director, archOS Tech Product Delivery. The Senior Manager, Tech Product Delivery role is responsible for running the discovery and definition of the deployment steps needed to deploy the multi-tenant Global Mobile App (GMA) & Martech stack into the McDonald’s Global Cloud environment. Key activities will be collaborating with 3rd party vendors, business partners, project managers, and all stakeholders to ensure that all aspects on the archOS deployment activities from scope/design are delivered successfully and meet the business and technical needs. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Manage the discovery and definition of the deployment activities and deliverables (e.g. Playbooks, checklists, documentation).

Ensuring best practices, knowledge and standards are followed. Identify opportunities to leverage solutions and drive standardisation. Recognise and communicate areas of opportunity for improvement. Advise, review and sign-off requirements with the archOS stakeholders.

Lead the coordination and creation of deployment deliverables that supports the deployment activity.

Work with Global Technology teams to identify resources, partners, and timelines. Collaborate with functional & technical resources and 3rd parties during all project stages, to ensure deployment deliverables are scoped/built/tested/deployed as per requirements. Lead the coordination of testing, localisation, deployment and support of the archOS deliverables. Conduct regular cadences with stakeholders & prepare/provide status reports.

Coordinate with Product, Global Technology Infrastructure and Operations, Global Cyber Security and other teams to deploy and test the GMA & Martech stack globally into McDonald’s Global Cloud environment for archOS.

Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with Global Technology, Segment leadership and partners. Develop robust, collaborative and mutually beneficial working practices. Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project obstacles; escalate unresolved high priority issues.

Provide hypercare support post-activation, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any operational issues. Qualifications: Experience in progressively responsible roles relating to technology Experience with enterprise-wide technology projects preferred Gathering and interpreting business/technology requirements Breadth of technical skills related to the hardware, software and IT infrastructure Data manipulation, analysis, and reporting Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, MIS, Business or similar degree Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions in a global organisation. Confident and strong character with the ability to ensure that plans are kept to, and expectations are well managed. Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. Strong analytical, problem solving, and organisational experience Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple activities at a time.
