Job Description Lead the Procurement & Supply Chain team, promoting efficient and cost-effective strategies Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers Implement risk management processes for supply contracts and agreements Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective Monitor and analyse industry trends and market conditions Ensure procurement activities align with overall business objectives Manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing practices within the department The Successful Applicant A successful Snr Procurement Manager should have: A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Proficiency in relevant procurement software Ability to analyse market trends and apply insights What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £73,000 per annum Excellent annual leave allowance and flexible working opportunities Generous pension scheme Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay A rewarding company culture that encourages professional growth
