Snr Site Manager required to work for a leading international construction company operating across multiple sectors including build, infrastructure & fit-out. Your new role

As site manager your responsibilities will include: Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications Measuring and quality checking building materials Carrying out site inductions RAMS reviews Ensuring programmes are followed and any deviation identified to the Project Manager Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them Keeping detailed records of work Liaising with contractors and site team Ensuring building regulations, health and safety legislation, legal and environmental requirements are met. Compliance What you’ll need to succeed

You must be able to demonstrate prior experience working as site manager on large commercial projects as well as holding all relevant tickets such as CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. What you’ll get in return

You will receive a salary of up to £60,000 + company van. Other benefits include healthcare, pension & holiday pay + B/H.
