Senior Valuer / Branch Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to step into the role of Senior Valuer / Branch Manager at our thriving estate agency. Whether you're a seasoned Senior Negotiator ready for the next career step or an experienced Sales Manager eager to lead a branch, this role offers the opportunity to grow and shape a successful independent agency.
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 basic (DOE) + Commission (OTE £41,000 - £60,000+) Benefits:

Collaborate with the Director to grow market share and ensure the branch's success Conduct valuations with an emphasis on winning new instructions and listings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitors Proactively work as part of a team to achieve branch and personal targets Lead by example, driving the branch to hit performance standards and goals Report directly to a Company Director on branch performance and strategy Your Profile:
Well-presented, reliable, and motivated with a genuine passion for property Strong work ethic with a talent for finding new vendors and properties to sell Proven communication skills with a focus on building relationships Minimum 4-5 years of experience in estate agency, with a track record of bringing properties to market Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle Due to a very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
