This is a £10 million Network/Security business that is about to build out their internal SOC to become an MSSP. You’ll be their first hire, meaning you will be able to influence technical strategy, product development, technical roadmaps, and team building with the plan to make you 'Head of' once you’ve established yourself and your future team. Their plan is to double technology revenue from £10 million to £20 million in 4 years, and the sole focus on them doing that is this SOC/MSSP strategy – imagine the job satisfaction and career trajectory for you once you’ve been on this journey! Limitless progression Limitless training Limitless opportunity Responsibilities/Requirements: Knowledge of various security methodologies, technical security solutions, and associated management processes Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft 365 Defender XDR Understanding of Fortinet Security products would be an added benefit Monitor security alerts and events to identify potential security incidents Lead and manage security incidents while proactively searching for threats and vulnerabilities Act as the primary point of contact and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders Develop and implement automation scripts and playbooks Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies Engage with clients as part of their onboarding process Two days a week in the London office (Monday being one of the essential days) This is an amazing opportunity for you, a chance for you to be a leader within an outstanding organization and take your career to the next level.
