www.clarionevents.com The Social Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and campaign success. This role will play a key part in aligning organic and paid social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and event goals. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Social Campaign Manager will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver innovative, data-driven social campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy to promote campaigns, drive brand awareness, and increase audience retention across both organic and paid channels. Own and manage the social media calendar for event campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, event schedules, and messaging integration. Create engaging, shareable content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to amplify event visibility and achieve campaign KPIs. Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to understand the events schedule, ensuring social media efforts integrate seamlessly with acquisition campaigns. Coordinate social media messaging with advertising agencies, third parties, and seasonal company goals, maintaining consistent brand representation. Optimize and schedule content for various social platforms, ensuring publication at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement. Generate detailed campaign reports on key KPIs, including granular insights for price breaks, revenue-focused promotions, and social media performance audits. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours: Strong expertise in social media platforms, tools, and trends, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities and innovations to improve campaign effectiveness. Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Sprout, and Canva, with experience creating and briefing videographers or freelancers to produce engaging short-form videos. Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions and adapt email or website copy for social media, pairing it with visual content to tell a story. Analytical mindset with experience developing channel reports, uncovering actionable insights, and using data to optimize both organic and paid campaigns. Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage calendars, reporting, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Collaborative team player who can effectively work with marketing teams, freelancers, and paid media agencies to align organic and paid efforts. Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, contributing to the development and optimization of overall marketing strategies.
